I am proud to be involved with various local charities
helping to raise over $200k and humbled to receive the 2021 Community Impact Hero Award from the American Red Cross
I was recognized by Shawnee Riverfest with a certificate for my non-stop efforts to support our community and Commonwealth during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Without the support of the local community working together, we could have not accomplished the positive goals we have!
With over 35 years of business experience, I took a stand to make sure Pocono voices were heard during the Covid-19 pandemic. I plan to continue to fight for the people of the 189th district to make a better Commonwealth for families, employees, and our children.
To further my passion for helping others, I joined the Rotary Club of the Stroudsburgs. The Rotary connects people, transforms communities, and funds sustainable projects. Being around like-minded community members and servicing the community is a fulfilling opportunity. This is a great way to raise funds for our much-needed local charities.
I am a Board Member of the Monroe County Habitat for Humanity, which is a nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve their places to call home. I enjoy working with the board and am proud to be part of creating a 5-year business that will guide the agency to set new growth goals to help even more families within the Pocono region.
With collaboration and recognition of the needs of our community, I fed over 1150 front-line workers during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Pocono Mountains!
I also actively participated in the formation of the first-ever Pocono Hospitality Relief Fund which raised over $145K to support 30,00 local workers. Advocating for the Pocono's largest industry - tourism - I testified in Harrisburg to create change on policies that crippled our local businesses. My testimony has been viewed over 17k times proving that I am a strong voice for the community.
